Perth Western Australia?
Do any west australians get bothered by the fact that:
1. There city is tiny yet they make it sound great
2. The state has nothing to do in winter
3. Everything is either really expensive or a long drive away
4. There fashion sucks
5. There so up-them-self
6. They have compleyley seperated themself from the rest of australia
7. Theres no good stores like krispe kreme and 7 eleven
8. There cinemas are tiny
9. There shops close at 5:30
10. They dont open at all on sunday
11. Because there stupid trading hours shops like Costco and Aldi that would save them money dont want to waste there time coming to the state
12. There public schooling sucks
13. There shopping malls are small as
14. There more isolated than Dubai
15. There beaches really are just as good as frankston or seaford in Melbounre
16. People here seem to think that the earth ends at the WA state border
16. There city is NOT vibrant
17. Its a really boring place
18. If you dont live near a beach than you have nothing at all to do

I know you don’t like Perth.
Don’t worry: Adl has the same problems (ppl think it’s a backwater too).
Have been twice, not seen any ‘attractions’ really.

it’s just isolated.
i would agree with most of it above.
with regards to 10 and 11, that is why things are expensive because costco would not come here, thus no competition with coles and woolworths etc. which sucks.

I’m from Perth.
1) I’m not stuck up.
2) Our city is small.. but hey.. all cities(everywhere) are boring to me.. oooh look a tall building… ooh look theres another one.. Boring!
3)Nothing to do in winter? You must forget that our winters are not really that cold? You could do anything here in winter that you would do in summer.. except swim:)
4)Their fashion sucks? Thought it was the same as Eastern states fashion. oh hang on. Maybe we have to dress like the punks with green spiky hair I seen in Adelaide recently? hmmmm…
5)They have completely separated themselves from the rest of Australia? Really?.. when did that happen? OOh .. Must have been when they put all that desert in between us & the other states.
6)No Krispy Kreme??? Your hilarious … I loved this one!
7)Shops close at 5;30. You forgot late night shopping on Thursdays.. open til 9 then… Thank our state goverment for that one!
8) most shops in the city open on Sundays.
9) Public schooling same all over Australia isn’t it? I have gone to public schools in 4 different states after all.. what would I know.
10)More isolated than Dubai??? well duh… didn’t you pay attention at school? Perth is the most isolated city in the world.
11)I don’t think the world ends at the end of the W.A border. Speak for yourself.

I don’t get why people have to Rant about somewhere they don’t like.
If you don’t like it , don’t go there.

I Loved Perth when i went there, the people were all nice to me, some went out of their way to help me when i asked for directions, places to eat etc, etc, I loved it a lot. No Problems at all.

4. I hate most fashion from anywhere anyway! People look like slaves everywhere at the moment yuck! and them fake jeans are everywhere to not just Perth.

8 cinemas tiny umm no ever heard of Event Cinemas innaloo megaplex. Hoyt’s carousel and the new rockingham ones.

18. you can go to the beach even if you live far. (there are no restriction on who and who can’t go to the beach)
