I’m 14 years old,and my life is soo fucked up and boring,on 21st march my final exams got over and v got 2 and a half weeks holidays i was so happy but nothing went good in my entire holidays ,i am getting this weekness in my body so much my eyes r always sleepy even though i wash them 16 times a day ,my right foot hurts for the reason unknown,i got so much personal problems in my life that makes me cry and think y was i ever born,i have stupid 2 friends who don’t look after me like a real friend,i have no school friends cos i don’t have cool fashion like them ,i listen and watch late 90′s and early 20′s songs and tv shows like buffy the vampire slayer and friends(tv shows) i have 3 sisters with whom i played alot with before but 2 of them r married and the other one is studying in a university in dubai and i am all alone my 2 sisters do come in my home for 3 hrs almost everyday but its just not the same plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me i didn’t shared this with anyone i really need help so please help,

do you like sports? try doing sports, you meet new people and you have a blast! its a great way to get your mind off things :) or maybe do you like reading? try reading there are great books out there!! find something your interested in to take your mind of things!! also if you seriously think something is wrong go to a doctor or family member who can help you

    I would ask your parents to take you to the doctor for a check up. Tell them your fatigue level and your pain you are having. It is okay to not like what others like. You are created for a special purpose. How are your friends suppose to “look after you?” Friends can be there for each other to talk, but they don’t have to take care of you, that is your parents job. Start talking to other kids, smile and make more friends.

    Hi I would suggest you first talk to your parents about your tired eyes and your sore foot. Your eyes may be strain after your exams but they could also be what’s termed “Dry eyes” when your eyes don’t make the moisture they should. Your foot i don’t know could be many things probably all simple as I presume your walking on it ok or you’d have said…
    As for how low your feeling. Your not alone….I know you feel like it but your not. Every young person feels like this at some point of their teen lives. If you can’t talk to your parents or a favourite teacher you could always call an Aunt, Uncle or older friend of your Sisters. Sometimes a friend of a Sister have more time than the actual family member.
    I think what’s important to get through to you is to talk to someone about how low and fed up you are….it might be a simple matter of you having someone to talk to who understands..
    Please, please talk to an older person. If you feel you can’t or there’s no-one you can ask try calling Child Line or the Samaritans…BUT only if you can’t find anyone else who can help or listen. PLEASE remember this too and ask yourself if your Mum or Dad knew you felt this way what would they feel? wouldn’t they want to know? and try to help…? we parents want the best for our children and often want you to come for help it makes us feel needed….good luck

    For the friend thing I kinda have the same problem — hardly any friends and I’m not into anything other people are into. Fashion isnt a big deal, jsut make sure you dont smell bad okay? lol.

    You couldtry going into theatre, sports, art class or a reading group. I know it’s hard to be social when you’re just not like that, but I did once at the beginning of the year and now I have one of the best friends I’ve ever had!

    For the physical pain try going to the doctor, I have an unexplained medical thing as well.

    Maybe you should listen to music whenyour feeling blue or all the person problems seem to be too much or go for a walk/run or just a workout.
